Who is Danna?
Danna Giroux is a Holistic Health Coach, Corporate Wellness Consultant, and Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) with 25+ years in the health and wellness industry.
She supports corporate teams and high-performing professionals in creating sustainable balance through a holistic approach that blends nutrition, fitness, mindset, and whole-life wellness—helping people feel stronger, clearer, and more resilient at work and at home.
Separately, through her breakdown-to-breakthrough work, Danna empowers women—especially mothers—navigating relationship challenges to reclaim self-worth, confidence, and personal power. As a Tao Healing Hands Practitioner and Personal Trainer, she integrates mind-body practices that support healing, stress regulation, and lasting transformation.
Danna is also a published author and model, known for helping people choose themselves—powerfully.

The Woman Behind the Mission
I'm Danna - a 47-year-old single mama to three incredible boys, and I've walked the exact path you're on.
For over 20 years, I've been in the health and wellness industry, and over 10 years in the corporate world, but my most profound education came from my own breakdown-to-breakthrough journey.
Seven and a half years ago, I was that high-achieving woman who had it all together on the outside while falling apart on the inside.
